Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories;
  • Faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered (we cover return costs in these cases).

Items we cannot take back

  • Adhesives, sealants and other opened consumables;
  • Hoses, pipes and cables cut to your requested length;
  • Items that have been installed, run or used (unless faulty);
  • Special orders and items imported on request.

How to return

  1. Contact us on +233 540 609 734 with your order number and photos.
  2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange collection or drop-off.
  3. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund or exchange it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method (or mobile money number) within 3-7 working days. Change-of-mind returns may carry a restocking fee of 10%. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
